Little River Guard Rail Poster Contest ...Also being revived this Labor Day Weekend at Little River Dragway is the Guard Rail Poster Contest. Posters made by folks rooting for their favorite racers will be placed on the inside of the Guard Rails at the infamous old dragstrip Friday Nite before racing starts and Saturday Evening after the racing day is over. A winner will be picked by crowd applause Sunday Afternoon after the 2nd round of Pro Eleminations around 4 p.m. and a large trophy will be presented then. ...There's no entry fee for the Guard Rail Poster Contest and the only rules are that the poster must be no taller than the guard rail and be "clean". Just about any length of poster ( under 1/8th of a mile long) will be acceptable... Show Your Favorite Racer Some Encouragement !!!! Build 'Em a Poster!!!
